Soccer Recap: Burbank Finishes Even with Johnson

For the first time this season, Burbank was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Johnson Warriors could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Burbank's goal came courtesy of Benjamin Lira, who's now up to ten this season.

Burbank's draw gives them a new season record of 5-2-1. Meanwhile, Johnson's record is now 2-1-2.

Burbank will be home for the holidays to greet Florin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Johnson, they are taking a road trip to challenge Armijo at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Armijo will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Johnson surely won't give up without a fight.
