Ogan made her presence known in Thurston's 6-5 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Kasey Ogan stepped things up a notch to give Thurston the 'W'. Ogan did her part (and then some), striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off eight hits (and not a single walk) for the 'W'.
Ogan's strong effort led Thurston over Churchill and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
