Volleyball Game Preview: Hamilton Huskies vs. Millennium Tigers + Official Tickets

The Hamilton Huskies will take on the Millennium Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Hamilton is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arizona's top teams: Casteel, who was ranked fourth at the time (Hamilton was ranked fifth). The Huskies came out on top against the Colts by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday.

Hamilton had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 12-25, 25-19, 25-20, 25-19.

Among those leading the charge was Whitney Pierzga, who had 11 digs and two assists. Those 11 digs gave her a new career-high.

Millennium not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since October 1st (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Desert Vista. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Thunder: they've now won nine in a row.

Millennium's win bumped their record up to 18-15. As for Hamilton, their victory bumped their record up to 21-9.

Hamilton skirted past Millennium 3-2 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Will the Huskies repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
