Wickenburg came tearing into Saturday's game with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Superior Panthers by a score of 2-0.

Wickenburg not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Superior to exactly 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18.

Mallory Murphy paced Wickenburg's offense, picking up six kills. Murphy got some help from Lola Drescher and her seven assists. Macy Murphy controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Wickenburg's win bumped their record up to 5-0.

Wickenburg didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Patagonia on the 6th. As for Superior, they will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Fort Thomas at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Panthers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
