Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kittitas). Everything went their way against the Highland Scots on Friday as they made off with a 30-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Coyotes, who have now won nine games by six runs or more so far this season.

Kittitas pushed their record up to 13-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 20.3 runs over those games. As for Highland, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kittitas will welcome Columbia at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Columbia has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.63 runs per game on average), something Kittitas will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Highland, they will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Morton/White Pass at 11:00 a.m.
