Two dominant guards in Grant Burns and Tyshaun Goldston are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. Having just played yesterday, the R.J. Reynolds Demons will jump right back in to play the Randleman Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. R.J. Reynolds is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
On Friday, R.J. Reynolds was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 57-51 to Davie. While losing is never fun, the Demons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 356th, while the War Eagles are ranked 44th).
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Randleman). They really took it to Providence Grove for the full four quarters, racking up an 84-51 victory. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 47-24.

Randleman was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Providence Grove only posted ten assists.
Randleman's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.1 points per game. As for R.J. Reynolds, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.
