Softball Recap: Bridgeport Takes a Loss

Bridgeport fell victim to Eagle Mountain and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 17-0 to the Knights. The Bulls' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Bridgeport's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Eagle Mountain, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-11-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bridgeport is set to square off against their familiar foe Springtown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Eagle Mountain will face off against rival Castleberry at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
