Volleyball Recap: R.J. Reynolds Comes Up Short

R.J. Reynolds lost against Winston Salem Christian two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Demons came up short against the Lions, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-11, 25-9.

R.J. Reynolds dropped their record down to 2-11 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Winston Salem Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. R.J. Reynolds will face off against rival Northwest Guilford at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Winston Salem Christian is set to challenge their familiar foe Mount Tabor at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
