Basketball Recap: MaxPreps A Takes a Loss

After soaring to 78 points the game before, MaxPreps A was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They took a blow against the MaxPreps B Alpacas, falling 60-8. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Alpacas this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 130-78 last Tuesday.

MaxPreps A got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Steph Curry, who each put up three points.

MaxPreps A's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for MaxPreps B, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: MaxPreps A beat the Alpacas by a score of 29-25 on Wednesday.
