Football Recap: Robinson Rockets vs. Caldwell Hornets
A well-balanced attack led Robinson over Caldwell in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Rockets blew the Hornets out of the water with a 55-14 final score. The Rockets haven't had any issues with the Hornets recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Evan Moreno had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 217 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.1 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 101 rushing yards dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Brice McCurdy, who rushed for 39 yards and a pair of scores.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Robinson was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 331 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2024.
