Recap: Victory Christian Lions vs. Ragland Purple Devils
In what's become a running theme this season, the Victory Christian Lions gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Ragland 48-21 on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Victory Christian has posted since December 4, 2023.
It was another big night for Peyton Scott, who scored 21 points. Another player making a difference was William Wilson-Hueter, who scored 13 points.
Victory Christian is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season. As for Ragland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.
Victory Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Appalachian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ragland, they will head out on the road to take on Jefferson Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jefferson Christian Academy comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
