Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Central). They were the clear victor by a 25-9 margin over the Albany Hornets on Wednesday. Considering the Wildcats have won five matches by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was Central's third in a row) raised their record to 6-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 11 runs. As for Albany, they dropped their record down to 5-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Central didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 win against French Settlement on the 13th. As for Albany, they have also already played their next contest, a 16-6 defeat against Mandeville on the 13th.
