DeForest was the 75-69 winner over Monona Grove when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The DeForest Norskies fell 56-47 to the Monona Grove Silver Eagles on Friday. The Norskies' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

DeForest's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Monona Grove, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3.

DeForest will be playing in front of their home fans against Beaver Dam at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monona Grove, they will venture away from home to take on Fort Atkinson at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Fort Atkinson will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Monona Grove surely won't give up without a fight.
