While Payton College Prep might've come up empty on Wednesday, Sam Merrill wasn't going down without a fight. Merrill wasn't messing around, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. The contest was his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Merrill and Payton College Prep are taking a road trip to take on Niles West at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Grizzlies haven't beaten the Wolves recently, having gone 0-5 since April of 2015.
