Tippecanoe strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against the Fairborn Skyhawks as they made off with a 13-3 win. The result was nothing new for the Red Devils, who have now won eight games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Anderson McKinney looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Tippecanoe got a massive performance out of Bryce Eckert, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Brady Liskey also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Tippecanoe was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .520. The last time their batting average was this high was back in April of 2024.

Tippecanoe pushed their record up to 12-0 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Fairborn, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6-1.

Coming up, Tippecanoe will take on Troy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Trojans will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last. As for Fairborn, they will challenge Butler at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Aviators' pitching crew has only allowed 2.4 runs per game this season, so the Skyhawks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
