Fort White has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They came up short against the Suwannee Bulldogs on Wednesday, falling 4-1. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in November of 2024.
Their goal came courtesy of Jacob Waller, which was the first he's scored this season.
Fort White's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17-1. As for Suwannee, with the victory, they broke their 12-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-15-1.
Fort White wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, an 8-0 loss against Bell on the 16th. As for Suwannee, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Taylor County at 7:00 p.m. Suwannee will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last.
