Timberlane will roll into the match after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any goals on Tuesday, then bounced right back against Nashua South on Thursday. The Owls came out on top against the Purple Panthers by a score of 4-2. With that win, Timberlane brought their scoring average up to 2.8 goals per game.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Exeter was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They fell just short of Goffstown by a score of 2-1. The loss was Exeter's first of the season.

Exeter's defeat dropped their record down to 4-1. As for Timberlane, their victory brought them up to 2-2.
