Softball Recap: Dysart Demons vs. Yuma Criminals

Dysart lost against Yuma last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Demons took a 15-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Criminals. The Demons just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Mya Sias and Lairanett Bowman did some serious damage despite the final result: Sias went 3-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Bowman went 1-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Elizabeth Kent, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and two RBI.

Dysart's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Yuma, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

Dysart wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 13-12 win against Moon Valley on the 11th. As for Yuma, they have also already played their next matchup, a 12-1 defeat against Cibola on the 11th.
