Softball Recap: Enterprise Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Enterprise's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Foothill Cougars on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 24 runs in the game before, the Hornets' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Enterprise's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Foothill, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3-1 record this season.

Enterprise will face off against Pleasant Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Foothill, they will challenge Shasta at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cougars' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wolves have averaged an impressive 8.6 runs per game this season.
