Devils Lake can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Fargo North Spartans. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Ben Brodina spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on eight hits.

On the hitting side, Max Palmer was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, five RBI, and one triple. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Alex Hammond was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs.

Devils Lake's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Fargo North, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Devils Lake beat the Spartans by a score of 12-3 later that day.
