Basketball Game Preview: Gray Stone Day Knights vs. Anson Bearcats + How To Watch

Gray Stone Day is 0-5 against Anson since January of 2022 but things could change on Tuesday. The Knights will welcome the Bearcats at 7:30 p.m.

Gray Stone Day is likely headed into the game with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against West Stanly on Monday. The Knights came up short against the Colts, falling 72-50.

Anson hadn't beaten Albemarle on the road since November 30, 2018 but that history sure didn't bother them last Friday. The Bearcats blew past the Bulldogs, posting a 76-47 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bearcats.

Anson's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Gray Stone Day, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Gray Stone Day ended up a good deal behind Anson in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, losing 70-54. Thankfully for the Knights, Jayden Little (who went 11-for-17 on his way to 27 points along with six steals and five assists) won't be suiting up this time.
