Volleyball Recap: Havre Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

It's playoff time, and Havre had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Polson Pirates 3-0 on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Blue Ponies: when they faced off against the Pirates on Wednesday, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Ariana Gary paced Havre's offense, picking up 13 kills. Gary got some help from Bree Hanson and her 35 assists. Finally, Gary was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high five blocks.

The victory (which was Havre's third in a row) raised their record to 31-9-1. As for Polson, their loss dropped their record down to 17-5.

Havre didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Frenchtown on the 14th. Polson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
