Loudon came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 13-6 to the McMinn Central Chargers. One positive for the Redskins, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Loudon's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for McMinn Central, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Looking ahead, Loudon is taking a road trip to square off against Lenoir City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for McMinn Central, they will square off against Tellico Plains at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. McMinn Central is facing Tellico Plains at the right time seeing as Tellico Plains is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
