After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North East, Eisenhower was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Iroquois Braves 2-1. The victory was some much needed relief for the Knights as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Eisenhower's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Iroquois, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3-1.

Eisenhower will stay at home for another game and welcome Seneca at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Seneca will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Eisenhower surely won't give up without a fight. As for Iroquois, they will head out to take on Mercyhurst Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Iroquois is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.9 goals per game this season.
