Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Legion Collegiate Academy). They claimed a resounding 88-11 win over the Greater Cabarrus S Stallions. The Lancers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 22 points or more this season.

Devin Long was her usual excellent self, going 14-for-20 on her way to 34 points along with five assists and five steals. That's the most steals she has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Aiyana Murrell, who put up ten points and seven boards.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Legion Collegiate Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Greater Cabarrus S only posted one assist.

Legion Collegiate Academy's victory bumped their record up to 20-13. As for Greater Cabarrus S, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record this season.

Legion Collegiate Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 60-54 win against Butler on the 11th. As for Greater Cabarrus S, they have also already played their next matchup, a 74-17 defeat against Christ the King on the 13th.
