It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles take on the Central Minnesota Christian Bluejays at 7:30 p.m. Lac qui Parle Valley will be strutting in after a win while Central Minnesota Christian will be coming in after a loss.

Last Tuesday, Lac qui Parle Valley was able to grind out a solid victory over MACCRAY, taking the game 69-59.

Meanwhile, Central Minnesota Christian faced Dawson-Boyd in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. Central Minnesota Christian took a 65-47 bruising from Dawson-Boyd. The Bluejays haven't had much luck with the Blackjacks recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Lac qui Parle Valley picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Central Minnesota Christian, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Lac qui Parle Valley came up short against Central Minnesota Christian when the teams last played back in March, falling 64-56. Can Lac qui Parle Valley avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
