Soccer Recap: East Rowan Comes Up Short

East Rowan came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans, falling 9-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Northwest Cabarrus this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 back in April.

East Rowan's loss dropped their record down to 3-16-1. As for Northwest Cabarrus, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

As of now, neither East Rowan nor Northwest Cabarrus have any future games scheduled.
