Baseball Recap: Taylor County Comes Up Short

Taylor County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 8-1 to the Florida State University High School Seminoles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Seminoles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-4 two weeks ago.

Taylor County's record now sits at 8-10. As for Florida State University High School, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-17.

While Taylor County had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
