Dassel-Cokato entered their tilt with Melrose on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Dutchmen by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Chargers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win didn't come easy: Melrose scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20.

Dassel-Cokato's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Melrose, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
