Basketball Recap: Indian Creek Wins Going Away Against Lamoille

Indian Creek won the last time they faced LaMoille and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indian Creek Timberwolves strolled past the LaMoille Lions with points to spare, taking the game 64-50.

Despite the defeat, LaMoille had strong showings from Brayden Klein, who posted 15 points and seven rebounds, and Braden Fischer, who had ten points and five boards. That's the most points Fischer has posted since back in November of 2024. Connor Deering was another key player, putting up nine points.

Indian Creek's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for LaMoille, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season.

Indian Creek will host Hiawatha at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. As for LaMoille, they will square off against Earlville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Earlville has four straight wins, LaMoille has eight straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
