Hillcrest is a perfect 5-0 against Adamson since February of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Hillcrest Panthers will host the Adamson Leopards at 7:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Hillcrest has six straight victories, Adamson has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Hillcrest's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past White 1-0. The Panthers' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last six contests.

Meanwhile, Adamson fell victim to Sunset and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 10-0 to the Bison. While losing is never fun, the Leopards can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 743rd, while the Bison are ranked 260th).

Hillcrest's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three games. As for Adamson, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.

Hillcrest took their victory against Adamson in their previous meeting back in January by a conclusive 9-0. Will Hillcrest repeat their success, or does Adamson have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
