Basketball Recap: Sunapee Comes Up Short

Sunapee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 74-59 to Holy Family Academy. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (56), the Lakers still had to take the loss.

Sunapee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Holy Family Academy, they moved to 5-6 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Sunapee has already played their next match, a 72-45 win against Mount Royal Academy on the 28th. As for Holy Family Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 65-53 loss against Concord Christian on the 28th.
