Baseball Recap: Fairfield Beats Williamsburg for Their Third Straight Win

Fairfield entered their tilt with Williamsburg on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Raiders, sneaking past 5-3. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Raiders, too.

Fairfield's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Williamsburg, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Fairfield will head out on the road to face off against Keokuk at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Williamsburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Delaware at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
