Basketball Game Preview: Manchester Blue Devils vs. Bowdon Red Devils

The Manchester Blue Devils and the Bowdon Red Devils will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 68-41, which was the final score in Manchester's tilt against Greenville on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Blue Devils have suffered against the Patriots since February 6, 2021.

Meanwhile, Bowdon entered their tilt with Mt. Zion on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 60-50 win over the Eagles.

Bowdon has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points per game. As for Manchester, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-7.
