West won the last time they faced South and things went their way on Friday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 6-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

West's record is now 16-6-1. As for South, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-12.

Looking ahead, West will take on Granada Hills Charter in a tournament on Saturday. The Warriors' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Highlanders have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season. As for South, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Saxons' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the Spartans' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
