Gary Merrill Crosses Big Stat Threshold

Gary Merrill produced his most outstanding game to date while leading St. Anthony to the win on Friday. Merrill rushed for 217 yards and four touchdowns on only seven carries, and also threw for 212 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 passes. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (114.7). That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2023.

St. Anthony's now has a winning record of 4-3. Merrill and St. Anthony's will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Kellenberg Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.
