Volleyball Recap: Northridge Has No Trouble Against Box Elder

Northridge won the last time they faced Box Elder and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Knights were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bees. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

While Northridge won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 25-22.

Lia Brown paced Northridge's offense, picking up 13 kills. Brown got some help from Allie Allred and her 16 assists. Finally, Brown was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Northridge's win bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Box Elder, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 15-11.

Northridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Bonneville on the 14th. As for Box Elder, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Fremont on the 14th.
