Basketball Recap: Farmersville Comes Up Short

Farmersville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 71-56 to the Ford Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-52 back in January.

Farmersville's record is now 12-16. As for Ford, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-17.

Farmersville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ford, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Panthers challenge the Wildcats at 8:00 p.m. on February 18th. Paris will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Ford surely won't give up without a fight.
