Volleyball Recap: Porter Takes a Loss

Porter's tournament run continued when they took on Sweeny on Friday. The Spartans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Porter's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Sweeny, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4.

Looking ahead, Porter will be playing in front of their home fans against MacArthur at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sweeny, they will head out to challenge Van Vleck at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
