Grand Blanc came tearing into Tuesday's contest with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Clarkston Wolves with a sharp 12-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bobcats, who have now won ten matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

Grand Blanc pushed their record up to 18-8 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Clarkston, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season.
