Basketball Recap: Tabernacle Christian Triumphs

Tabernacle Christian's game on Friday was all tied up 22-22 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They snuck past the Colonial Christian Cougars with a 52-48 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Tabernacle Christian found their leader in Abby Bertelsen, who posted 24 points. Another player making a difference was Julia Ross, who had nine points.

When it comes to explaining why Colonial Christian lost, don't look at Stinna Grubb. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double with 23 points and ten assists. Grubb is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in each of the last 14 games she's played. Kate Minton was another key player, putting up seven points and ten boards.
