Soccer Game Preview: Ferndale vs. Center Line

The Ferndale Eagles will venture away from home to square off against the Center Line Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Ferndale didn't have quite enough to beat Avondale and fell 3-2. Ferndale have struggled against Avondale recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Center Line had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.7 goals) and they went ahead and made it four last Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Vikings.

Center Line's win bumped their record up to 9-2-2. As for Ferndale, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9-2.
