 Ossining fell victim to White Plains and their airtight pitching crew  on Monday. They lost  14-0 to the White Plains Tigers. Ossining has not had much luck with White Plains recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
 For White Plains' part,  Alexis Tighe made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out 12 over four innings pitched. Tighe has been consistent recently: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in 14 consecutive pitching appearances. Tighe was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 3-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Neela Older was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and two  doubles.  Ava Galligani was another key contributor,  going 2-for-3 with a  home run and three  RBI.
 Ossining's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for White Plains, the  win was  the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-1.
 The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: they beat Ossining by a score of  13-0 later that day.
