Softball Recap: King Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for King, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the North Shore Mustangs by a score of 6-1 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 17-4 back in March.

King's win bumped their record up to 18-11-1. As for North Shore, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-13.

Coming up, King will head out on the road to square off against Channelview at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on a 13-game losing streak. As for North Shore, they will be playing at home against Summer Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight.
