Volleyball Recap: Andale Beats Buhler for Their Fourth Straight Win

Andale waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Buhler Crusaders. That's more bragging rights for the Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Andale easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-16.

Andale's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mia Aouad, who had 12 assists and five digs. That's the most digs Aouad has posted over her last six games. The team also got some help courtesy of Kate McHatton, who had nine digs and one assist.

Andale's victory bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Buhler, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10-1.

Coming up, Andale will take on Eisenhower at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. After both having extra time off, Buhler and Augusta will shake off the rust and duke it out on Tuesday.
