Soccer Game Preview: Highland Park vs. A&M Consolidated

The Highland Park Scots will take on the A&M Consolidated Tigers in a tournament on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

A&M Consolidated is hoping to do what Harvard-Westlake couldn't on Saturday: put an end to Highland Park's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Highland Park never let Harvard-Westlake onto the board and left with a 1-0 win. That's two games straight that the Scots have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, A&M Consolidated's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Saturday. They and Johnson finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Tigers' first draw of the season.

With that draw, A&M Consolidated's record moves to 3-0-1. As for Highland Park, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
