Basketball Recap: Life Waxahachie Takes a Loss

Life Waxahachie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 42-29 to the Venus Bulldogs. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 50-45 back in January.

Life Waxahachie's defeat dropped their record down to 4-22. As for Venus, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-18.

Life Waxahachie will venture away from home to square off against Kennedale at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Venus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
