Volleyball Recap: Goshen Comes Up Short

Goshen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the NorthWood Panthers, falling 3-0. The RedHawks were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-8, 25-11.

NorthWood can attribute much of their success to Emily Uhlmann, who hit 100% for seven kills and five digs and five aces. Uhlmann is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 16 or more in each of the last 56 games she's played dating back to last season.

Goshen's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for NorthWood, their win bumped their record up to 11-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Goshen will face off against rival Concord at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, NorthWood is set to take on their familiar foe Northridge at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
