Baseball Recap: Manchester Essex Takes a Loss

Manchester Essex was the 16-3 winner over Georgetown when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets fell just short of the Royals by a score of 5-4 on Saturday.

Manchester Essex's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Georgetown, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manchester Essex will venture away from home to face off against Arlington Catholic at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Georgetown, they will head out to challenge Lowell Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
