Baseball Recap: Harrisonville Takes a Loss

If Harrisonville was feeling good fresh off their 22-0 takedown of Center on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats fell 14-9 to the Odessa Bulldogs on Thursday. The Wildcats have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Levi Hall was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. That home run was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Asher Hall, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Harrisonville's defeat dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Odessa, they pushed their record up to 12-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.
